We are not only lacking protective laws against coercive control in the USA, but also lacking the necessary mechanisms that will keep AI in check so abusers cannot use it as a tool to control their victim. I say it all the time….generally, people have NO IDEA what AI is capable of - because the abuse it can be used for is not just deep fakes or revenge p05n.
